GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We ship with UPS and FedEx, our preferred carriers.
All items are packaged and shipped with the highest attention to safe delivery of your product, including cold packs,
insulation, and other spoilage preventing measures.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
Our shipping schedule is as follows: 3-Day orders Monday-Tuesday, 2-Day Air orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday, and Next-Day
Air Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday. Most orders placed before noon pacific standard time (PST, GMT -7) will be shipped
the same day, for special order items not in the shipping warehouse your order will be shipped as soon as we can get them in
stock. Free shipping orders are shipped within the next shipping period (Monday-Wednesday) after being placed. If you need
your order by a specific date please put it in the comments of your order. If we are not able to meet these standards you
will be contacted by phone or email.
FREE SHIPPING:
Free Shipping applies only to orders over $75.00 in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for this
program. The cheese of the month club, and some heavy items such as melters and some cheese making equipment do not qualify
for free shipping. We will choose the shipping method and carrier as we see fit based on your location.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:
After we have received and verified your payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Check or Money Order, we will instruct our
warehouse
to package and ship the items to you.
TRACKING:
We have built an online tracking mechanism so you can track the package as is it shipped to your address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We are currently unable to ship cheese outside the United States, due to Customs, VAT Taxes and Brokerage costs. These can add
as much as 300% to the cost of the order and are applied when the package arrives. Because of this we have no forwarning or
idea of what the bill will be to the receiving party at time of arrival. We are working very hard to resolve these issues on a
country by country basis, we regret not being able to help you at this time. We are able to ship books and cheese making
supplies. We have shipped successfully to Canada, the United Kingdom, and all the countries of the European Union. If you are
not in one of those countries, we likely still can send to you, barring trade barriers and unusual local customs restrictions.
